Regular Season Registration (Sept. 2011 - May 2012)

We are currently taking applications for our 2011-2012 Dance Season

Classes at Spotlight Performing Arts are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Our schedule includes: Competitive Dance Teams, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Musical Theater and Voice Lessons.  Once the classes are at capacity they are closed. To reserve your spot in class, download and complete our registration form. Please return via US Postal Service or by hand delivery to our studio.  Registration forms and registration fee are required before attending class.  All dancers who have already paid a performing or competitive team registration fee do not have to pay an additional class registration for technique classes.

You may bring registration into the studio or mail your registration to:

Financial agreement and liability waiver will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration form.

 A $40, non-refundable, registration fee applies to your first class.  * = Competition Teams require an additional competition fee.

2) Call Sherry at 503.860.6562 for class selection guidance and information will be mailed to you via email the US Postal System. 

Financial agreement and liability waiver will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration form and fee.
